Facts About Smoking

no_smokingThe department of health does everything to discourage people from smoking. Even the individual local government implements certain rules and regulations about smoking. And it is very clear that it is Not Allowed to Smoke in a Public Place. Yet, it seems that many smokers still smokes in public places. It’s quite annoying finding yourself breathing the smoke of their cigarettes inside a bus or a PUB. Imagine, you never engaged in smoking because you love your “lungs” and there comes these “pasaway” smokers, lighting their cigarettes inside a bus or in a public place.. Aww!

Time-Saving Tips for Procrastinator

I remember when I was in a youth organization in the past years, every time we had an activity, the most used words in the field is “Can’t do that, I’m BUSY“. But at the end of the day, they won’t finish a thing because they are using their time inefficiently. Hmmm… I guess I’m one of them (a procrastinator) hehehe..

OK, I admit I am also a procrastinator, I cannot use my time wisely or should I say I am less productive. Am I? aw… hehehe.. Enough of that… :D ..To make my story short, (I’m sleepy already..zzzz…ehhm!) I want to share these time-saving tips (time management) originally written by Robert Harland to you guys.

Cancer Fighting Herbs

Cancer cases is now dramatically climbing. And the best way to combat these menace is by prevention and the best place to start is in our kitchen. By using selected herbs with cancer-fighting properties and reducing the intake of fatty foods and preserved foods is found to be very helpful in preventing and combating cancer.

Several commonly used culinary herbs have been identified by the National Cancer Institute as possessing compounds that protect us against cancer. These defensive herbs include those belonging to the onion, ginger, mint, and parsley families, as well as flax. Use them regularly to flavor soups, stews, sauces, dips, salad dressings, entrees, vegetables, and stir-fry dishes.

THE BLUES

The most common type of depression is often referred to as “the blues.” A person may feel weepy,sad, discouraged, unable to cope, hopeless.
