Today is “D” day, the Cherry Mobile #FusionMania!
Cherry Mobile has announced last month that they will release its first Jelly Bean (Android 4.1.1) Tablet packed with 1.0 GHz Quad-core processor! (Wow! truly Cherry Mobile goes Quad-core). The tablet has 1 GB of RAM and a built in Nand Flash storage of 8GB (I know 8 GB is small) but no worries since it does have a memory card slot, making its storage expandable up to 32GB! Having an IPS screen(In-Plane Switching technology) in short it has a clearer, richer in color and wider viewing angle and with 1,280 x 800 pixels resolution its screen is a monster 🙂 its the Cherry Mobile FUSION BOLT
Here are the specs of Cherry Mobile Fusion Bolt I’ve got from their FB page:
- Android 4.1.1 Jellybean
- 1.0GHz Quad-core processor (Cortex A9*)
- 1GB RAM
- 8GB Storage

- 320 grams (weight)
- And best of all its ONLY SRP: Php 3,999

* Some say its Cortex A5 and not A9
**copied only on their FB page. Haven’t done my own test for this tablet.
Who could imagine having a Quad-core tablet with 1GB RAM and IPS screen and a reasonable 4000 mAh battery in only Php 3,999! Well, its simply crazy!
I really want to buy this CM Fusion Bolt but I have recently bought an 8 inch “China” Tablet manufactured and branded by Pipo. (Just waiting for the right time to make my Review on Pipo S2 (Pipo Smart-S2/Max-S2)..I still need more time to explore and experience this tablet.. maybe next week 🙂 )
